Leo swears he had more than just 2 brothers, he remembers having a twin. His older brother isn't making it any better because he just keeps saying 'Leo I think you are just making things up, I know you really want a twin but we have never had a fourth brother, so stop bringing it up.' or whatever. He feels like his brother knows something but he can't tell... He tapped his leg. "You know what I will just look myself i don't need you guys to help me, hmph" he said into the dark, and turned to get ready to leave the sewers. It can't be that hard looking for another turtle that looked similar to him right?

Relishing in his victory, Hawk paused applying the bone-chilling pressure just long enough to grin at Leo's face and coldly toy with him by saying: "You can take a break, if you just tell me that it hurts."
Leo's head made an audible *bang* on the wooden surface behind him when he flung it back to cry out at the top of his voice, trying to scream 'IT HURTS IT HUUURTS!!!' but only able to get out muffled nonsense because of that cursed gag.
Hawk and Ox laughed out loud at his misery.
Blood drizzled down from the open cracks in Leo's plastron, then the tightening pressure resumed...

It’s not until he takes a step back, not until his foot crunches on something hard and triangular, that the sheer weight of what’s happened crashes down on him. His body is trembling, his stomach churning, and there’s a hot stinging pain behind his eyes as he lifts his leg to get a look at what he just stepped on.
It’s no bigger than a bottle cap. Could be some bit of debris, but no, it’s caked in blood and patterned with an unmistakable texture. The little piece of shell is like a knife—it even drew a bit of blood from the bottom of his toe. And dammit, it’s not the only piece. He’s standing in a minefield of shattered turtle shell.

Klunk is looking intently at their hands, lifting Mikey's now to examine it the way he had done with hers. When she finally looks up at him, Mikey smiles at her. Klunk meets his gaze steadily, her eyes flicking back and forth across his face.
Then she smiles.
A big smile, not something small or shy.
It's like a beam of sunlight shining right into his heart. And then Klunk smacks Mikey in the face, the exact same way she always does when she's trying to get him to laugh, and it works, startling one out of him around the tightness in his throat. He hears Draxum mutter, "Ugh. Repulsive," and turns to watch the goat-man stomp out of the room. Well, Mikey doesn't care what he thinks. He doesn't care what any of them think. How could he give her away, just because she's different now? Just because it might make things harder? How could he give her to people he doesn't even know, and just hope that they take care of her and treat her right?
Even if someone else would, he'd regret it for the rest of his life.
Mikey's a No Regrets kind of guy.
