Unforeseen circumstances cause an unfortunate bunch of sixteen to end up in an unfamiliar place. A reckless, boisterous monster robot rules the place, assistants working at his (nonexistent) hem. Little does anyone know that there are quite frightening truths to this crimson coated show.
Will this new generation story replicate the tales of ‘beloved beautiful Hope’s Peak Academy’? Not exactly. This killing game's a bit bigger, a bit better, a bit less of the grandeur and adequacy of the students' living standards. A bit less of the mercy that befitting "Ultimates" so "rightfully" deserve!More than that, it takes you, the viewer, to dig a little deeper on things.
But for now, we’re only just starting, so why not enjoy the show?

Well, shit.
Kokichi's always had a problem with going too far. Whether it be in arguments, or playing up his persona, or even in playful fights. Sometimes it just felt like the words slipped out of his mouth, and no matter how hard he tried to grasp and pull them back in, they dissolved into the oxygen and now everyone was constantly being hurt by him over and over and over.
This time was no different, except for the fact that he hadn't made a verbal mistake. No, this was way different. Kokichi wouldn't call it worse, in fact it was more of a mild inconvenience to him… but anyone else would have thought differently. He considered that to be stupid. Why would they care about what he did to himself?
Why wouldn't they want someone like him — who made it a point to hurt everyone around him — to hurt?
(tl/dr: kokichi hurts himself real bad and kaito helps him. trigger warning for self harm and suicidal thoughts/attempts)

Despite not meeting death through execution, he was unable to escape the vulnerability of his body's frail condition. His useless, troublesome, painful body would always persist. How had he let himself deteriorate to such a point? How could he have been so weak and helpless?
He was a fraud, and he had fooled everyone—even himself, into thinking he was something great. But in the end, his body betrayed him. He couldn't escape it. No matter how hard he tried to run from it, it always caught up with him.
Kaito was nothing more than a fragile, useless human being.
