“Okay, did someone get cursed? Is that what’s happening here?” Legend demanded, turning on his heel to scowl at everyone as they exited the portal with equal suspicion. The budding freckles forming under his healing sunburn did not make his glare less menacing. “If someone got cursed, speak up now.”
“I don’t think this is a curse,” Four said, unenthusiastically rubbing at a charred spot on his leggings. “If it was, we’d be able to do something about it.”
“I don’t like this,” Hyrule said, as though coming to a realization. “I don’t like this? I don’t want to be in the desert any more. Can we leave?”
“Depends. Can you break curses?”
“Or, since it’s probably not a curse," Four said, “as these are portals leading to set locations, how’s your ability to teleport?”

Wild would like to say, first and foremost, that this situation was completely and unequivocally not his fault.
'Keep telling yourself that, Champ,' he heard Daruk chuckle in his head, causing a light scowl to cover his face.
Listen.
He was very good at knowing when things were his fault. For instance, Wild could admit that the time he set a garbage can on fire when he was out late trying to figure out if he could concentrate Urbosa’s power into one single strike was his fault.
However.
The corner store being robbed while he’s trying to buy food for the week was not his fault, but it was most definitely his luck.-

Warriors tried not to think about being on your seventh adventure at nineteen, alone in a room you didn’t recognize, and haunted by your worst enemy. There wasn’t much else to think about.
“No one else is here,” Legend said again, and Wars could see the faint, barely noticeable shake in his hands. “You aren’t real. You aren’t fucking real.”

All of them are able to share a relieved smile with their missing champion before he’s swallowed up by the stone hard ground beneath his feet.
“Seriously?!” Wind shrieks as he glares at the cobble stones that have stolen both his face and brother. “You wanna go, bridge? You wanna go!?”
(Or the one where the Chain is able to reunite with the brother that got taken away for another quest only for said brother to get eaten by a bridge out of nowhere.)
