Lando has always yearned to got into the ocean, he’s always wanted to feel what the water is like. He’s always wanted to know what it’s like to live on a boat in the ocean but Lando’s a land settler. He’s not allowed to leave the land, and the water settlers aren’t allowed on the land. One day though, Lando sees two water settlers sneaking onto the land, he goes to warn them to leave before they’re killed but he ends up forming a bond with them. Is it all going to go wrong? Is Lando ever going to swim in the ocean where he longs to be?
