He's done his time in the paperwork mines as an intern, but upon seeing a new girl struggling to find the right safe, he offers a little aid. What he thinks is the obvious choice, one befitting his status, is immediately struck with a wave of remorse once she introduces herself.

Raz awkwardly held up his cup of water. “I was just, uh, getting... something to drink.”
“I was doing the same exact thing,” Adam commented, finally actually stepping into the kitchen area and getting a glass out of a cupboard. He then moved to the sink and began to fill up the glass. “How come you’re not asleep yet, then? We were just watching a, uh, interesting movie. You could’ve joined us.”
“It seemed pretty awful from what I heard,” Raz replied dryly, saying nothing else.
Adam shrugged. He couldn’t argue with that. “It was funny, though.” He took a sip of his water. “You seem tired,” he commented, trying to imply something here, if Raz would get the hint.
Raz didn’t say anything for a moment. “I am,” he finally said, once again saying nothing else.
(or: during a junior agents sleepover, raz can't sleep for....reasons, and adam helps him out with a little conversation.)

On the third day after The Maligula Incident, the group of Junior Agents had agreed that if they were going to have an entire week of mandatory leave, then they should just find something to do themselves. So, the Junior Agents (plus Lili) decided to stay out in the Questionable Area and attempt to teach Raz to swim.
'Attempt' being the key word there.
(basically, since raz technically doesn't /actually/ realize what the Hand /is/ during the game, i made him realize it ^_^ it doesnt go particularly well!)

Summary
Razputin was usually very healthy. Hell, there’d been a few times where an illness or infection that struck the family practically skipped him (pink-eye, for example). However, every few months or so, with reasons Dion or the rest of the Aquatos had yet to find out, he became nauseous, oftentimes to the point of intermittent vomiting. Worse, the spells always seemed to start in the early morning.
The sensation he felt was the exact one he’d wake up to before Raz would start throwing up.

To be young is to be bad at a lot of things, like being a good mentee, acting polite, handling any and all feelings, dealing with family drama, and behaving in general. Lizzie is fantastically awful at all of these things (and more!) and experience does not seem to be changing that.
