Summary
The reader is a genetically modified human scientist from 20th-century who, along with her crew members including Khan Noonien Singh, was sentenced for genocide and terrorism.
Alongside with Khan, she was frozen in cryogenic sleep for over 350 years.
Because of the mistake of a Starfleet science technician, her cryo-capsule was damaged and the Starfleet scientists were forced to wake her up.
After awakening, detailed analysis by Federation scientists, Ambassadors and Federation councils (including Ambassador Spock, Vulcan and Klingon high councils) concludes that she is not dangerous. They now realize that the reader was a victim who was treated as a criminal. They are trying to help her to adjust to the 24th century.
The reader realizes that she is condemned to the worst punishment she could imagine - she was condemned to solitude, misunderstanding and a lot of other difficulties to adapt to the new world.
After five years, according to Starfleet orders, reader joined the group of scientists at the Starship Enterprise -

A Sanders Sides AU one shot (That end up with a second chapter) based before Accepting Anxiety.
Anxiety suffers from severe depression and heightened anxiety. This is due to many things, how he is scared about failing Thomas, and disappointing or harming the other sides. But the core factor is the guilt he feels for leaving the Dark Sides, and Deceit doesn't help him feel any better. Instead, Deceit lashes out at him, and resents him for it. It makes it worse that Anxiety doesn't even feel like he fits in with the other sides. This causes his depression, and his depression makes him see things and hear things that aren't real. So, to free himself from it all, and free others from the burden of himself, he takes a course of action that no one really should take.

Logan hadn't meant to exit the room, and he hadn't meant to go into the bedroom either. He wasn't supposed to pick up his cell phone and he certainly shouldn't have dialed Roman's number. He felt at war with himself, a battle inside of his mind, half of him reminding that Roman was sleeping at that it was late, and the other begging him to continue, desperate. He gripped the phone tightly, breath catching as the ringing ended and he heard a click. He felt like he couldn't breathe.
"Logan?" Roman's voice was tired, still layered with sleep and exhaustion. Oh god, he had woken him up. What was he thinking?! He didn't know what he was doing. His chest felt so tight, his thoughts seemed so jumbled, but the sound of Roman's voice made his heart melt.
"Roman ... hello ... I-I apologize for waking you. I ... sorry. I'll go-." His voice hitched with hesitation, face flush with embarrassment as he was about to end the call five seconds into it, like a prank-caller retreating when the joke had fallen flat.
"No, no. Wait, hang on," Roman interrupted with a yawn, beginning to become more alert, Logan could hear him shifting in bed, his voice still groggy, "What's going on? Are you alright, babe?"
