Megatron has lost the war. In a last ditch effort to save himself he claims the right to join the lost light on its quest to find the Knights of Cybertron. Washed up and tired, he now has to deal with being on a ship where his Co-Captain and high command hate him and everyone else treats him like a living plague. What a sad final show for the universe's greatest War Lord. Will Megatron’s end be nothing more then the flaccid blowing out of a candle before he's brought back to Cybertron and put to death or is there still more to life before his final judgement?

But of course, Megatron has to come barging back into his life to ruin everything.

Starscream, lying on the floor while leaning against the corner of the room, thought to himself as he watches his Energon levels slowly plummet, promising him an agonizingly slow death, that also seemed too soon to be true.Before, when he had just gotten banished, It had been years of scavenging, months of despairing, weeks of starving, and now...
Now he only had mere hours. Not that he could care. He stopped caring a week ago, maybe even a month ago. But he used to care. He did, just not anymore.
Starscream gives up and slowly reaches his demise... Until Megatron rips him off from the clutches of death. Starscream, of course, has a problem with that.

Megatron hesitates letting go, holding the slipping servos firmly. He has a faint orange glint in his eyes even through the distance of their chairs in the Cybertron conference rooms.
Sometimes the humming of the matrix whispers callings of responsibility and greatness to the last prime of Cybertron. Without the matrix, Optimus Prime is just Orion Pax, albeit a little smaller. And both find comfort in that.
TLDR: They solve grievances in a world where Megatron joins the autobots by not letting Orion Pax go, the matrix still takes him away.

A heavy ball sinks deep in my voicebox. Oil stings at the corners of my optics.
Always so stubborn, until the very end.
“Optimus…No…Orion…I…I promise.”
“Now please, please rest.”
His scarlet chest gives a final vigorous shake, rattling the earth beneath as if to warn the departure of a great leader. Then, his head slumps to one side and I watch.
I watch those two brilliant, cerulean orbs flicker away into oblivion.

Optimus Prime hands over guardianship of Bumblebee to Megatron after a tragic event and now Megatron has to deal with a hyper Autobot teenager. Congrats Meg, ur a dad now!

"MEGATRON!" Was the last thing he heard before he felt the impact. He couldn't vent, but he also couldn't find the strength to do anything about it.
Megatron had been about to stricke the Prime down, end this war once and for all. A victory for the Decepticons.
Now the blade of the Star Saber was plunged right through his spark. He tried striking the yellow scout, glaring up at him. He was talking but Megatron couldn't hear him over the energon roaring through his audio receptors. His own Dark Star Saber slipped though his digits, a weakness overtaking him just as he was about to strike back. Megatron fell to one knee, cradeling the blade of the Star Saber with his servos.
Starscream was screeching something, but it didn't matter. A floaty feeling overtook Megatron as his optics shuttered offline. He might've been falling. Distantly he realised he had lost.He snapped back to conciousness abruptly. Around him the arena audience cheered and hollored.

Pero tras un intenso conflicto, queda varado en una versión retorcida y mas primitiva de la Tierra, donde los humanos son atormentados por unas cosas llamadas "Titanes". Y aunque en un inicio no quiere tener nada que ver en ese conflicto y solo quiere permanecer en sus propios asuntos, Megatron terminara formando nuevos lazos que lo llevaran a dejar algo mas allá de un legado de destrucción, y a pelear por algo mas que la opresión.La verdadera libertad.

After Unicron's possession of him weakens his body beyond its limits, Megatron ends the Decepticon cause and finds a quiet place to finally lay down his life, knowing the universe will only ever know the evil warlord and all the lives he destroyed.
Except he doesn't die.
Offered a true chance at redemption by a unusual force of nature, Megatron takes the plea deal rather than rot in the Pits of Kaon for his usage of Dark Energon. He is then reborn in the World of Remmant as Levi Sable, the son of hunters in the Pyro Tribe, on the outskirts of Vacuo. With the knowledge of this being his last chance, Megatron decides to finally take his old friend Orion Pax's advice.
But the past has a funny way of coming back to you, and there are some things (and people) that you can never truly outrun.
