The one who had led the war. The one who inadvertently led to her death. Was it really just a dream? Was Izuku sleeping in the room next to theirs? Maybe something that happened during the day had set her off.

Despite his mother’s attempts she always has to work extra shifts on his birthday, so when he comes home every year he’s met with a “Happy Birthday” card and some money along with a gift; which 9/10 is all might merch and a new notebook with some colorful pens.

    So yeah he has nothing to really look forward too, unless you count the taunting, pranks, and spider lilies from his classmates.

    For what it’s worth his father calls for a few moments and sends him some outdated cheap all might merch as well, but Izukus not really in the place to complain, taking it with a smile and a thank you.

    And before you ask, No. Nothings new this year just because he has friends, a quirk, and is in U.A now. It’s just the same old day he never reminds anyone about and let’s rot away on the calendar.
