Now that Raz is a Junior Agent he thinks he's ready for the big Psychonauts missions, but when Sasha gets him a place on the Pelican for a simple fact-finding mission, he finds himself pitched against the the Psychonauts' next world-threatening foe. Escaped convict Grinsmith Forrut "Hornblower" Horatio has perfected a fatal technique called the "Mind Bomb" with the goal of killing all non-psychics in the world. Even worse, when the mission goes south and the superstar special agents fall victim to his attacks, it'll be up to Raz to save the day again. Can he find Hornblower's detonation code before his human bombs go off? And will his mentors still be in one piece when it's all said and done?
Mostly a Raz and Sasha mentor story. Hurt/comfort for Raz emotionally, Sasha physically, Milla mentally. Oleander ego-lly I guess? It's hard to keep Oleander down. This one is going to be a long one and there's no update schedule so just be warned about that. Warnings and tags are accurate.

Determined to help, Sasha takes Raz into his own home. Safe at last, Razputin slowly begins to relax and open up about his experiences. Including acting as their impromptu therapist/brother figure/whatever else they need for emotional support, as well as catching the attention of a certain German scientist, who may or may not realize his interest in the new guy might be more than just scientific curiosity…
Has no relation to my other Psychonauts fic “Sasha and Milla’s Day(s) Off (except for the whole OC owns a store and interacts with the characters through that premise). And because I couldn’t help but want to put my main winged OC into yet another fandom and watch him survive in that fandom’s universe for funsies.

Since Whispering Rock and Truman’s disappearance, the Psychonauts had been way off kilter. Now that the danger has passed, Forsythe is looking to fix it. However, given the secrets that were revealed during the ‘mole incident’, she is worried about what else is hiding in the organization’s past. Not only that but the ‘week from hell’ as she called it, showed just how vulnerable the organization is.
The Aquatos' lives had been simple if you didn’t count the circus. Or well it had been, until Raz had left for camp. From there the family was swept up into a plot that nearly ended the world. They had survived but their former life had been wrecked. The family is now struggling with how to proceed despite it. Raz chose to remain with Psychonauts, while Augustus tries to make sense of the life he thought he knew. Frazie struggles with what path to choose. Donatella and the rest were left adrift.
Everything around them is in a sort of unstable truce. All the secrets are out in the open but stacked precariously on top of one another. This careful balance is tipped when a local drug case becomes personal for everyone.
