“What were your Christmases like before you were Iron-Man?” Peter asked suddenly, and Tony felt he owed it to the kid to answer honestly.
“Dunno. I was blind drunk for most of them,” He shrugged and angry-piped a window over his door.
“What about when you were a kid? You can’t have been drunk for those.”
He’d really been hoping Peter wouldn’t ask that.
“Boring. My father used to hold these giant parties for all of his importers and business partners. We’d do presents under the tree in the morning – usually in front of some press camera for media attention – and then I’d be sent off to get ready for the party and we’d be there from noon till midnight,” It sounded horrible even now, and he still felt a sort of dread, even knowing he’d never have to go to one of his father’s Christmas parties ever again.

Tony Stark never really learned what Christmas truly meant, and Peter will make damn sure he knows.

That was the first thing she notices about Howard Stark. She knew he would easily tower over her. His legs were no longer lanky like a school boy and his jaw had sharpened - perhaps the jawline was better described as jagged and angular. The softness in his olive skin had been replace with an unyielding expression. His dark hair was tamed, slick back with enough gel to shine under the light.
When her eyes meet hers, it's no longer golden and curious. Cold and wild brown eyes stared back at her. She was certain if she stared for too long it would cut her skin, and that was when she realised that Stark was no longer a boy.
He was a man now.

The only differences between them apart from style were that this man was older and had a large scar encompassing part of the right side of his face. It was uncanny.
“Who are you?” Howard demanded, taking a step toward the mysterious trio.
“You aren’t going to like the answer.” The man who looked entirely too much like him stated.
“Answer the question.”
