When Link started his adventure he had not been worried about his soul mates, rarely had he even taken off his shirt to reveal his sleeves. He had a world to save and had no time to worry about people he had yet to meet.
But one night as Link settled down to sleep, he looked down at his left forearm. His heart dropped.
On his arm, as he had always known, there were eight intricate photos but one, Flower as he had gone to call that soulmate, was grayed. The color and life of it wilted even the flower he had named the image after seemed to be dying.Time would pass and hearts would heal when the mark on his arm begun to glow. Flower was back home

Summary
Wild has started to become sluggish. It had especially obvious when he stopped leading the charge in familiar eras. The ugly truth comes to light when Wild collapses after a day of drifting behind the chain.
With a broken slate and no idea on how to fix it, the chain struggles to find a solution and eventually has to come to terms on using the one thing Wild is afraid of the save him. The Shrine of Resurrection.

Time should know this by now. This does not make the first time Wild uses Recall any less of a shock to his system.
OR
Time gets smacked in the face with a very familiar sort of temporal magic, this time it genuinely did just slip Wild's mind, and Twilight... Twlight needs a moment. Or five.
