Ready to finally defeat the Hamato family for once and for all, the Shredder devises a plan to expose their biggest weakness; each other. After Leonardo is kidnapped during an ambush, the Foot, with the help of an unhinged Magician, alter his mind and turn him into one of them. Although, the Magician didn't agree to helping for free, she wants Chronos- an ancient artifact that has the power to reverse the life of a person to an earlier stage.
Desperate to get Leonardo back, the Hamatos call on friends to help undo the brainwashing and save their leader. But with hope quickly running out, they have to face the fact Chronos may be their only chance at undoing the damage and bringing him home.
(I'm really bad with summaries. 'Leo is brainwashed into becoming Shredder's child and the Hamatos call in reinforcements to get him back.' Better?)
UPDATE- Lost all my notes for this fic, chapters I written out, every progress I hadn't published. Not sure if I'm going to return to this story- perhaps, but it's not a priority for now.

Meanwhile, Raph comes to a worrying realization about their home that Donnie is positive won't affect them, and Todd's puppy park provides a day of fun and a possible future companion for Leo.
Of course, the peace can't last forever.

Donnie, Leo, Mikey and Raph have always loved their beloved city, and how nobody gave them even a passing glance. They were grateful that with the correct disguises or circumstances, nobody would bat an eye their way.
Even during the Beginning of the Invasion, people were rather preoccupied with surviving the aliens than even trying to process the several green mutants running around trying to prevent said Invasion.
Of course, that's the reasoning that they came up with when after it was said and done, when they saw not a single report even mentioning them, even with Donnie carefully and meticulously wiping them all from all cameras that caught even a hair of any of them.
What they didn't know was that although New Yorkers were great at minding their own business, they weren't so completely oblivious.
The people knew, and they knew to keep quiet about their heroes. -

Mikey couldn't take it anymore. this hero stuff was just.. exhausting. so much was expected from him.. especially during the whole shredder situation. he couldn't just tell his brothers that he didn't want to be a hero, if that, what could he had done?.. there was no one to speak to but April.
after conversing with her, she'd express her disapproval in a polite manner, causing Mikey to speed off, and ran away.. after lurking in the darkness for a bit, he retreats to the hidden city, desperate for a brand new start. soon, he finds draxums lab and takes a look.. to his demise, the mutant is caught by draxums gargoyles, huginn and muninn.. and then by draxum. the boy explains his situation, and out of sheer pity draxum let's him stay.meanwhile, a boy named miles is wandering around the dark exterior of the night; swinging rooftop to rooftop. by one small misstep; miles falls into a trash-bin an extremely rough crash ensues.
When in the hidden city, a bounty is placed on miles, but Mikey helps him..
