“I know exactly what caused this”, Leonard replied. Spock raised an eyebrow in surprise.
“You two did!”, Leonard stated. “Remember all the times you decided to go on a suicide mission ending up in sickbay more dead than alive. I’ve told you a hundredth times you’re gonna give me a heart-attack someday. Well congratulations, now it happened”
Jim chuckled at Leonard’s words and bent down place a small kiss on his forehead.
“Sorry Bones”, he whispered quietly, directly into his ear.
Or: Bones has a heart-attack and Spock and Jim may or may not be freaking out a little. But maybe the whole thing brings the three of them closer together than they already are (McSpirk fluff)

Summary
At the beginning of the five-year mission Jim choses Chekov to accompany him on a small, supposed to be easy going away mission to an unknown planet. After they crash their shuttle and are unable to contact the ship, nothing could go worse, except maybe for Chekov having a little stomach-ache. But when Chekov gets progressively worse, Jim must suddenly take care of his very sick navigator, while also making sure they’ll reach the Enterprise in time before he takes a turn for the worst. And as if that wasn’t enough, when Chekov has a nightmare, Jim also deals with the emotional guilt that’s been secretly bothering the kid. But although Chekov feels absolutely miserable and Jim is a little clueless, the whole thing brings them closer together and makes them realize how important they are for each other.
Set between ‘Into Darkness’ and ‘Beyond’; just a lot of Jim and Chekov fluff focussing on their father-son-relationship/friendship :)

Summary
McCoy has, on many occasions, sat down and calculated the exact number of punches thrown by a being of average humanoid weight and strength that each of his closest crewmembers could take. A morbid thought exercise, to be sure, but a necessary one. The crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise refuse to acknowledge their own limits, so McCoy has to figure it out for them, if just so he knows exactly who to treat first should a seriously nasty incident occur.
Of course, he declines to share this particular hypothetical with anyone. If Kirk or Spock caught wind of it, they'd become insufferable. Kirk would no doubt try to beat McCoy's estimate, and Spock would probably come up with some petty, prideful excuse hidden beneath twenty layers of unflappable Vulcan logic as to why he should actually be the one most likely to come out on top.
Now, though, in this dark, tomb-silent room, McCoy begins to wonder, for the very first time, just how much he can handle.

During the final year of the Enterprise's five-year mission, Jim receives news that his childhood best friend, Mark Snow, has tragically died in a warp reactor explosion accident. Leaving an orphaned three-year-old daughter in the care of Jim, her godfather. Kirk then decides to step down as captain to care for Sophia on Earth, taking a job as an instructor at Starfleet Academy. However, Spock went unhappy with Jim's choice, finding the Enterprise's new captain difficult to deal with. Despite the trust placed in Spock by the new captain, he is unable to properly perform his duties, as for some reason, his feelings for his ex. captain begin to emerge within him, creating a scenario in which Spock must deal with the feelings that Jim has awakened in him over the years.
