Anyway-
Finn becomes depressed and kills himself. Connie is the only one who can see ghost Finn. They bond over being ghosts. That's basically the plot.

Connie takes it upon herself to help Finn recover from his silent depression, and also find out what happened to cause this in the first place.

The I.C.H.O.R. Factory is popularly known for distributing pallets for those without color, but how they get those colors continues to be a mystery for the outside world.
Astro along with a fresh batch of toons arrive at a correctional facility otherwise known as the I.C.H.O.R. Factory, run by the lovable and well known Dandicus Dancifur. You do not need to commit crimes to be sent here, you only have to be unwanted by your parents around adult ages. (Kids are not sent here.) Outsiders will believe their children are well taken care of and “fixed” from what issues they have. Maybe a short temper, or pure laziness. The I.C.H.O.R. facility will see to it that they have a productive life…but you’d be lucky if your life lasts longer than 4 months.

What they don’t expect is that Shrimpo’s capabilities to speak have withered away from him. With shaky hands and no way to communicate, how they’ve wanted to treat him all along is revealed.
