Summary
(Edit: new summary to fit the direction of story since I have drastically changed it :P)
Splendont has been forced back into the limelight after years of living in the shadows.
Splendid seems to have gotten his happy ending.
They had a new group of super hero friends, made friends with Flippy, gotten the respect they deserved from the world governments after taking care of a problem they never dealt with. With new friends and surfacing issues he has to fix, his goals have shifted from protecting his brother, to protecting his brother from the world and himself.
Otherwise, things were good.
So, why did he still feel so empty?
Why did he still push and pull with his brother, with others? Was he always going to feel so hollow?
Who knows. He had his fixes and contacts… and a little raccoon.

Until one day their father Pop a beige bear widower announces that he has a new girlfriend and introduces a young red porcupette named Flaky who is the same age as Fliqpy and Flippy.
While Flippy is excited about his father's new partner, Fliqpy is resentful and hates Flaky.
Fliqpy decides to break his father and Flaky's engagement, but what he doesn't expect is to become attracted by the same porcupette he hates so much. -
