    As he’s lost in thought, Bakugo casually just closes his hand around his, breaking Izuku out of that stupor real quick. Ok...maybe he’d dropped something, that Bakugo was shoving back at him. But no—his hand was empty, and it was clear nothing was in between their hot skin, and this wasn’t a shove. This was… steady. Firm. Warm.

    Bakugo laced their fingers together like it was nothing, like it wasn’t completely insane, and started walking.

    Or: Izuku decides to ask Toshinori to teach him how to use One For All while he’s cleaning up the beach. This prompts Toshinori to realize that he actually can’t really do that. So he reluctantly calls Gran Torino and gets him to help train and supervise Izuku’s ten month American Dream Plan for entering UA.

      Just finished chapter 1- holy shit, Torino is gonna turn Izuku into a monster. But like, this is legitimately so fleshed out and nicely written?? I love the dialogue and just how smart Izuku is- how much attention is paid and how well thought through it all is! He's even getting Nedzu involved??? Oh lord-

      Chapter 2- god damn, this is incredibly detailed. I learned so much about knife fights and self defense in this- plus how to properly kill a person??? Torino scares me. Especially the part where he explains how to slice/rip out a person's throat with a knife had me cringe with how good it was!

      Chapter 3- Guns! :3 Lol, we love a competent teacher Toshinori! This is so awesome

      ... This is pure insanity but also so fluffy?

      I love this fic!! It is fr teaching me so much new stuff. Cannot wait to see what'll happen! Ch. 12

      Highly recommend it!

    The summer had been hot- beyond anything anyone had seen.

    Popsicles melted faster than usual, roads nearly popped tires, and training had become more of a bitch than usual to the heroics students. But it was productive. Distracting.

    Izuku never minded because at least with everything that had kept him busy, he was away from his anxiety and reminders of isolation and bad habits. But things are always complex, and well, consistent. Sick of the blaring heat, a villain with weather powers releases what Japan may consider one of the worst blizzards in history, all while in the month of June.

    When all of those distractions are suddenly stripped, leaving Izuku in isolation with his class in the dorms for a “well deserved” break, those broken bad habits soon mold back into his hands. But compared to his early years, the people around him actually begin to pay attention.

    Including a rather persistent blonde.
