Summary
Weiss Schnee knew it was only a matter of time until she stepped into the role of CEO for the Schnee Dust Company. She was the Heiress after all. When her elder sister Winter Schnee stopped by for a surprise visit, she revealed that the time had come, but there was a caveat. Weiss would need to survive two years entirely cut off and self sufficient, living amongst the common people. Worst yet is that she would also be forced to live in an entirely different Kingdom, and have access to zero of the resources normally available to her. If she makes it to the end of two years independent of everything that comes with being a Schnee, she will obtain everything she ever wanted, but if she throws in the towel at any point she forfeits her position as Heiress, but will be allowed to return to her familiar lifestyle. Already her first task of moving into a tiny apartment with a quirky neighbor has begun to test her patience, but her future on the line she'll grin and bear through everything this new life throws at her.

"Branded-Face": Adam Taurus, a newly arrived refugee/political enemy from Atlas, stakes a claim on the illegal Dust trade. Viciously murdering anyone who stands in his way, Adam eventually becomes the biggest illegal Dust-lord in the kingdom, controlling nearly all the illegal Dust that comes through Vale. But increased pressure from the police, wars with Vacuan Dust cartels and his own paranoia serve to fuel the flames of his eventual downfall. (based on: Scarface)

The core of each character is kept intact, as well as part of their origins, but different choices result in vastly different character development. Two teams of neurotic teens rise from tragedy to become heroes, while a cast of well-intentioned villains is determined to make their dreams reality at any cost.
