Staying true to our whirlwind, slow burn romance, we continue following you and Logan's evolving love story; however, a misunderstanding caused by the visit from Commander Avery leads the two of you in a new direction, one that challenges you both as you begin to grapple with the less dire reality of living your normal lives. Exploring the immense pressures of being the person at the center of it all, we deep dive into the Builder's responsibility and sense of duty to those around her. Your friendship with Logan is quickly blossoming into something more, though now that he's back and is making amends for his time away, you find yourselves being pulled down different paths. Struggling with the distance that you protectively foster for the sake of each other, we ask this question of our lovelorn duo: will things ever be the same? ⊹ As a small preview into the work, we kick things off at the climax of the Duvos conflict and end with Cornered Beasts (hint hint!). Please see the notes section for the referenced game missions. I will preface that this is a much longer timeline than the previous two installments; nevertheless, retaining the theme of the series, this one is still heavily guided by main and side missions!

This is my first time posting anything anywhere. I've never intentionally let anyone read anything I've written outside of required school assignments, which was a long time ago. Please be gentle. I have no idea what I'm doing, and I have no idea where this is going.
I'll update tags as I figure out what they are. Everything is subject to change. Anything, and I mean ANYTHING, is fair game as I figure out what these characters will do. I rewrite regularly. Sorry, not sorry.
I have a lot of ideas but I’m not sure if they’ll wind up all being squished into this story or if I’ll write another. We will see how it goes.

I loved playing the game so much that I needed to do something with this serious case of post-game hangover. IRL me ADORED Owen, but my builder romanced Logan because it made more sense for her fix-it personality (if anyone can fix Logan, it's Lucy). But Owen deserves his happily ever after too, so I made it happen. Forgive me, this is my first fan fic.
*A parallel, multi-POV telling of two love stories between two builders and the ones they weren't expecting.
