Summary
Against all odds and probably a few laws that should have stopped this, Billy Loomis has been granted parole! With no where for him to go, Sam and the others come back to Woodsboro and get a rather nice apartment for all of them to live in. Also Billy is thrilled to see his now 13 year old granddaughter again, so that’s a plus.
Only there are two problems, 1. The people aren’t taking to kindly to the face that Billy Loomis is out of prison and they can barely leave the apartment without getting torn apart by the public or reporters, and 2. There is a new Ghostface killer on the loose.
With Billy recently released from prison, and some poor timing on his part, everyone suspects him once more. Leaving room for doubt to fester in his new little found family.
