Summary
Labeled as a hikikomori, Kazuta has had a hard time going outside her home and interacting with people. But somehow she attracts the attention of Akihiko Kayaba, even at the beta stage. What happens when he parties with her during SAO's launch?
"I know that, over the years, you've become withdrawn and unhappy being outside the house. It's even come to the point where you have trouble talking to others. After remembering last time how much you got into and had fun with my computer, that maybe I could give you a way to still interact with others and still be social. I love technology and thought I'd share that love with you too.
"There's just one condition. I want you to try going to school, a real school from now on. Even if you don't go outside for anything else, please go to school."
So together, the two of them finished setting things up. Kazuta had fun checking into online games, and then went searching for the latest on future gaming development and news.
She stumbled on something about NerveGear and FullDive and ran across the man who created the upcoming developing tech —a man named Kayaba Akihiko.

Summary
Haunted by guilt and bullied by her unempathetic peers, Asada Shino, survivor of armed assault and accidental killer in self-defence copes with her social isolation online as famed and skilled GGO veteran Sinon. However, her mask comes with the price of little in the way of friendship and her fame (and gender, and looks) come with harassment that combined leave her feeling deserted by girls and contemptuous of boys and men. This leaves her with little time to worry about sex or romance with one gender that seems to hate her and one she seems to hate, an almost welcome distraction from the fact that she struggles to get to grips with her attraction to both
Until she meets the new girl to her online domain, Kirito, who starts to first reopen her reflection on her sexuality, then as she gets to know them more, shatters that reflection with an endless stream of questions, and reignites an internal debate about what friendship is and what she needs from it.
Just when she thinks she has found her level of comfort in love and friendship, things get at least twice as complicated when Kirito introduces her to their "old friend from SAO", the beautiful Asuna...

After watching Kirito participate in Battle of Bullets, Asuna can't help but be intrigued by the dark and gritty world of Gun Gale Online. It was the complete opposite of how she was taught and raised, not to mention vastly different to her usual game Alfhiem Online. One day she decided to transfer over to GGO and with the help of her boyfriend, learn how to shot a gun.
Or in other words, my take on Asuna's first time in GGO.

Both Mahiros have faced numerous obstacles during their experiences living each others' lives. Although they have been able to adjust for the most part, they are about to face their most difficult challenges yet in their quest to return home. In less than two days time, Kun Mahiro will be forced to take the same test that Kun Mihari originally took in order to skip ahead straight to college. Failure would mean that her counterpart would forever lose out on an amazing opportunity, but can she really rise to the challenge. And even if she can, what does it mean about the kind of person that she's become thanks to the experiment. Meanwhile, Kun Mihari has become concerned by Chan Mahiro's behavioral backsliding which resembles the old antics of the shut-in brother whose body she's now inhabiting. Just how far is she willing to go in order to prevent history from repeating itself? One thing is clear, things are only going to get even more crazy from here.

Kikuoka assigns Kiriko a mission with hand-for-hire sniper Sinon to take out a man calling himself Death Gun who is murdering strong people with little association to one another. But a chance encounter with her old ex-girlfriend has her distracted.
Seeing no clear way to get Kiriko's head out of the clouds, Sinon offers up herself as a wing-woman to try and get the two back together. The only problem? Kiriko is worse at this than she thought!
