After caines deletion, kinger finds an old backup of caines file, one he made before he even entered the circus, around the time they started making their second ai, kinger guesses. They activate it and get stuck with an earlier version of caine.
Basically the cast meets traumatised kid caine

Summary
Two worlds: each shaped by the actions of those within it.
Two Caines: similar in code and personality, yet different in choices and experiences.
One befriends his precious humans, the other is tortured endlessly by them.
One glitch is all it takes to change everything.Or:
A glitch in the multiverse causes two different Caines to switch places. A tortured, traumatized Caine ends up surrounded by humans who love him while the other enthusiastic and friendly Caine is taken to a world who despises his existence. The players who hate him learn that Caine is much more complex than they once thought, and the humans who love him have to teach this new Caine that he is still worthy of love and care despite his mistakes.

In which Bubble is the second AI, knows he has a brother in Caine, and while the humans want him to make them a digital afterlife Bubble's only really interested in his brother. Rescuing Caine from the cellar makes the system register him as a human user-- bound to all the same restrictions as them.
Bubble will make the humans their heaven, but only so his brother is happy

After all the torment and anguish of the most recent events, it had begun to feel as normal as life could get in such a place. The friends they had lost to abstraction, the traumatising adventures, Jax... the pain had eased, a sting that was slowly dwindling everyday as they made the circus feel truly like a home rather than a prison. The members began to forgive Caine after he had shown himself to have truly changed, becoming a good friend to many of them, his mood was always rather chipper nowadays besides from a few meltdowns here and there, although usually triggered by personal frustrations rather than critisism. Life had truly started to turn around...Although, what will everyone do once the AI contracts a virus that his system just cant detect quick enough?

“I don’t think I’ll be able to make another adventure.” Caine’s voice cracked. His voice was quiet, hushed, as if he was telling a secret he wasn’t supposed to tell. Kinger almost hadn’t heard it.
The latter laughed, though dryly. “What?” he questioned, choosing not to believe what Caine had said. It was simply impossible.
The AI hesitated. “Kinger… I don’t think I’ll last much longer,” he said, much more faintly now.
Kinger didn’t respond. He knew this day would be coming. Caine had been running constantly, and for much longer than the optimal limit. It was only a matter of time until the AI and his systems would eventually degrade, and reach a level where it would be unsalvageable. Not that Kinger could fix Caine anyway—sure, he could fix the AI’s code and all, but anything physical was hopeless. Aside from that, Caine’s data was slowly being corrupted due to severe bit rot. Most of it was because of Caine’s failure to maintain his own software. His data was decaying, in short.
To put it in brief words: Caine was dying.
