When Lenora Noceda slipped her a note offering plans at a rather conspicious time and place, however, Zarina decided that she could take time off for this.

“Right, that settles it!” Luz declared, leaping up onto the table and immediately slipping off from a Hexside pamphlet, landing on the floor with a THUD! She scrambled back up without missing a beat, striking a pose. “King Clawthorne, I, Luz Noceda, will make it my mission to prepare you for that entrance exam! We are going to find you a second spell, and we’re going to do it in style! You know what that means?”
King jumped up, life returning in a flash, eyes sparkling. “Magic Boot Camp?! Magic Boot Camp?!”
“That’s right! It's time - pause for dramatic effect - for Magic Boot Camp!”
King's all set to enroll in Hexside School of Magic and Demonics... with one slight hiccup: he only knows one spell. Determined not to let this stand, Luz and King set off to the most magical place in the Boiling Isles to train. Titan Magic lingers in the air, however, and the two may find themselves learning a lot more than just a simple spell.

Being back in a hospital was setting her on edge already, and, as much as she hated to admit it, Amity’s infectious anxiety wasn’t really helping. “Not nervous,” Luz promised anyway, putting on a brave face. “Excited, actually. Really looking forward to getting this weight off my chest.”
“If you make me put up with puns for the next month, I will break up with you,” Amity mumbled, not unburrowing her face from Camila’s shoulder.
Even years after Belos's defeat, Luz struggled with the damage he'd done to her psyche. As they took the next big step in making themself at home in their own skin, however, they found themselves grateful they didn't have to struggle alone.

"I don't think you knew, but I missed that sunrise because of you. I was lookin' at something more amazing. Prettiest sight I've ever seen. You laughing so freely." He chuckles and it's a bitter thing. Still doesn't sound right either. He's tried and failed to replicate her laugh, just to hear it again.
"That's why I'm watching this one instead. First and last one before I hit the road. Leave Night City behind me forever," he whispers, the sun starting to peek over the horizon. "You're right though, V. It's beautiful." A pause. "But it's got nothing on you."
