Shrimpo's the bully of the show, plain and simple. He shouts, he annoys, he pokes fun at the other Toons, that's his daily routine. And when he's not doing any of that, he's relaxing with Finn, his closest friend to boot.
Shelly; the forgettable main Toon. As cheery as she can be in the lower floors, and how optimistic she can possibly be in general, people always wonder why she's so quiet around Vee, when they're both in a 'great relationship'.

Caricature Capital is the home to many Toons known throughout the world. Either famous for their fitness routines, stand-up at the local laugh shack, or maybe just providing for their community. And while everyone likes to think they made it big because they had a spark that made someone say;
'Hey! There's definitely someone who'll be the next big thing!'
Truth be told; nobody like to work for their spot these days. There's always a bunch of those wise cracks that think they'll get the better of everyone, until they're shown the harsh reality they ain't even worth cheap ink. Hurts them, but they knew that already.
So what's the next best thing to work around obstacles, competition, and ensure your spot without any cause for alarm? Well that's easy!

Summary
Dandy's World. Once a very popular franchise, beloved and watched by hundreds, many even to the thousands. Everyone loved the show, and loved the actual place to meet their favorite Toons even more. But after an incident plagued the happy wonderland in disarray; Gardenview was shut down for good, with the public not knowing the full story to its abrupt end.
Until now.
Join the few human survivors, as they are all lured and gathered to Gardenview, with some hoping for a new job or secrets to what happened to this once wonderful place. They'll have to team up with Toons, confront the odd one out, risk their lives time and time again, lose loved ones...and stay in character.
There isn't an audience as big anymore watching their every move, but there is always someone watching everyone's move. If they just play their part, and snoop when they're not looking, they'll be safe and sound.
