How odd, Damian thinks to himself, that this feels familiar. Hands pressed to his chest, and his moniker, his name, called like a summoning. Bone suddenly shifts in his ribcage and he jerks upward with a wheezing breath, almost hitting the boy hunched above him. “What-” he tries, words coming short as he adjusts to the surge of pain in his lung. “What did you do?"
"It was only reasonable,” the boy says mulishly, but his breaths are shallow now too. It's hard to tell the difference between a broken rib and a cracked one, but Damian knows he should be more injured; he squints suspiciously, and the boy scowls back at him. “If we are both on the precipice, then neither of us will fall,” the boy mumbles. “Not alone."
OR:
When Damian Wayne finds a boy in the sewers, he doesn't expect magic and demons to tie them together - and he certainly doesn't expect the boy, Suren, to claim that they know each other and Damian's memory has been erased.
What's an ex-assassin to do, when a stranger claims to be his friend and magically handcuffs them together?
Well, hopefully not wind up dead...or believing in false claims of friendship.

It’s a two-floor structure, wood bleached white by years of heavy sun, kept nicely swept with clean enough windows and organized stock.
Most important to Achilles is the handsome man that lives inside it."

There are some great quick-and-dirty guides to HTML on A03. This is not one of them - it is a comprehensive guide
It's now 2025, a decade later. A03 supports some new HTML and and we're all walking around reading fic on supercomputers that fit in a jean pocket. It was time to update.
The previous three chapters have been divided into smaller concepts. Each tag continues to have - at a minimum - a link to the w3schools page about it (so you can learn more), a code example, and the result of the code example. Most tags have their attributes, things like [src] or [title], listed and examples of how using the attributes modify the tags.
There's a chapter on Bad Ideas, including how some of the archive's default CSS is available to you to format your work (users can't turn that off by hiding a workskin!)
Oh. And I added a bunny army. You could learn how to add one too.

“Dude,” Marshall laughs, though he's too nervous to keep it going long enough to sound believable, “What'll the teachers think? Perfect student Nathan Burnett corrupts resident bad boy.”
Nathan scoffs, exhaling slowly as he looks over at Marshall haphazardly, “You are not the resident bad boy.”
The cigarette is almost at its end, held precariously between Nathan's fingers, and Marshall's staring at it with purpose. The cigarette, that is. Nathan's hands are as pale and spindly, trembling minutely as always with a slight dent on his index from holding a pen wrong and hard. A writer's hand.
So, maybe Marshall is staring at Nathan's fingers a little too intensely, because Nathan misunderstands and holds the burning cigarette towards him, “Want a hit?”
(The first time Marshall smokes, it's with Nathan.)
