Minimus realized that the tightening in his belly had not been entirely nervousness after all. "Okay."
When Ravage asks Minimus for assistance with his rut cycle, Minimus is caught off-guard, though not unwilling.
Assisting a friend with a mating cycle is fairly common. It's unfortunate that Minimus's feelings for Ravage are... a little more than friendly.

With Lucius, fucking Lucius, giving him glances with dirty intentions from the corner, and Ed cooly watching him undress, Izzy had already had quite the time not acting as hot and bothered as he already was.
“Everyone needs a good Banyan, Israel!” Stede flounced, waving his hand in the air for emphasis. “What else are you supposed to relax in?!”

Summary
Canon Divergence -It was Jack that set up BB and Stede to the British. After banishment Izzy has been miserable and trying to drink the hurt away. He realized it isn't working and is ready to beg to rejoin the Revenge. He finds out about Jack's plan but is captured before he can warn them. Starts after Ed and Stede are taken away.
Anyone can see that there's something broken about Izzy, but since Ed was taken its different. There is a sense of loss about him that makes Lucius worry when he sees the man staring over the railing into the water below, like maybe he's considering it.
Awkwardly the crew talks about it behind Izzy's back. Fang says hes taken care of abused dogs before, aggressive and dangerous because they were so afraid but with just some patience and kindness they come around. Lucius thinks it could work with Izzy too, its at least worth a shot. Show him its ok to be soft.
No one thinks about what that will mean for him if Blackbeard returns. Especially not the version of BB that returns after being abandoned by Stede thats calls himself the Kraken. And who claims Izzy as his own, to do with as he pleases.
EdIzzy is abusive/unhealthy atm, soft stuff is Sprizzy

They're going to have to be subtle about it, though. Dee is so sure they will fail that she bets her apartment on it. Frank and Charlie have two days and a lot of connections with the hotel industry. Dee is hell-bent on winning and not even remotely above cheating.
