The bus to USJ is loud even through Katsuki’s earbuds.
He works one of his legs up and down, heel bouncing as glares out the window. He’s the only one in a PE outfit since all the others have their fucking hero costumes and suddenly the line he’s used to drawing himself is drawn against him. He grinds and grinds his teeth and sinks the feeling under everything else.
It’s so fucking obvious. It’s so obvious how different he is from them, but now they look at him in a way that isn’t the usual deference.
