Summary
After Weirdmageddon, everything was supposed to go back to normal. While Dipper wasn't exactly looking forward to dealing with his parents' looming divorce while starting highschool, at least he knew he and Mabel would be safe.
Unfortunately for him and the rest of the world, Bill's last ditch effort at surviving has lasting affects. Dipper learns first hand that a demon dying while possessing you has consequences, and that who he is will never be the same again. Feeling unstable in your own mind is bad enough, but then things start to get Weird when the repercussions of The Nightmare Realm and Earth becoming permanently connected begin to rear their ugly head.
If only Dipper(?) could get his rapidly deteriorating sense of morality to care.

Steve didn't ask, but the pure terror in Jonathan's voice told him all he needed to know. Will was in serious trouble, and Steve wouldn't let what happen to him as a kid happen to Will Byers.
