Jiang Wanyin is Lan Zhan’s best friend.
That is a problem.
It started when Lan Qiren asks Lan Zhan who his best friend is; Lan Zhan panics and his mind flits through everyone he’s “hung out with” more than once, realizes they’re all pretty much Wei Ying’s friends and says “Jiang Wanyin” because the only other person is Nie Huaisang and he was not going to name a porn magazine (and probably other illicit paraphernalia) distributor as his best friend to Lan Qiren.
Now, Lan Zhan wants to get rid of Jiang Wanyin's best friend status, and the only way to do that is to get him and his brother together of course.

This is a fairy tale gone wrong.
Shang Qinghua is the seventh child of a not so wealthy merchant family, naive and romantic. Count Mobei is the third child of the Old Duke, used to mistrust everyone. They meet in a snowy winter forest, and Shang Qinghua saves Count Mobei from an ambush. And then the Count proposes to him.
But is this really love?The non-con mention is related to the arranged marriage and wrong mutual expectations, rather than to rape.
The violence warning is about some bones and severed limbs of non-essential characters in later chapters. If you read the original, you should be fine with it.The names of the original characters are left intact and Chinese, but the world around them is vaguely Medieval Europe. So they have tunics, knights, magic instead of cultivation, the Church and, well, even noble demon lords.

Despite all his other flaws, Shang Qinghua is cuteHe’s been told it repeatedly, countless times when he smiles, when he shows Mobei his writing, when he’s shoving his face full of instant noodles. So, perhaps he’s able to look past his average grades, his below-average height, and his semi-okay writing. Because, at least in the eyes of Mobei-jun he is unequivocally cute, and that coming from one of the most gorgeous men he’s ever seen, and his best friend since they were small, means everything.
So, hearing Mobei-jun describe him as average to Sha Hualing, is well.. earth shattering.

Lan Xichen is a man in desperate need of a date for a networking event. His brother-in-law, Wei Wuxian, suggests that he engage the services of an escort. In the same breath, he suggests that the alpha take Jiang Cheng.
The only problem is... Wei Wuxian forgets to mention that Jiang Cheng isn't an escort. So, entirely by accident, Lan Xichen becomes Jiang Cheng's sugar daddy, all while trying not to fall for the prickly, beautiful omega almost a decade younger than him.
He fails. Miserably.
