This page takes a look at Document Number LCB-00-28. LCB stands for Limbus Company Bus, 00 means no central Sinner focus, and 28 designates this as the twenty-eighth document taken in by the department. In the current main LCB Mirror World, only one person survived Operation: Spider Pyre and remains within LCC captivity: Kira, the Middle Apprentice. But what if she hadn't? This document observes multiple different Mirror Worlds all with one key difference: the observation of what would've happened if a different Apprentice survived that day. What would need to occur for the apprentices to survive? Some are straightforward. Others... not so much.

LCB stands for Limbus Company Bus, 5 is for Sinner Number 5 (also known as Meursault), and 17 designates this as the seventeenth document taken in by this specific department. In this document, Meursault and Dante have a meeting regarding the usage (and potential ramifications of said usage) of Meursault's new identity, The Thumb East Capo IIII. Given that he is based on Lei Heng in this Mirror World, in Meursault's mind, something is guaranteed to go wrong if Ryoshu finds out. Dante, unbelievably, does not understand that potentially using IDs based on people the Sinners know and are still traumatized over in some way is most likely a bad idea for company morale.
(A comedic commentary on how awkward Mephistopheles's ID selection has to be when it comes to the Sinners.)

The Mirror Worlds host numerous variations of the Sinners, each unique. And while the "plan" was to slowly acquire stronger and stronger identities as the Executive Manager progressed through the city, that ideal had been reduced to naught with certain... unique extractions. Ones that should have been utterly impossible to manifest in these early steps.
Or alternatively, Dante inexplicably begins extracting some of the most broken, ludicrous IDs right from the start- much to the dismay, shock, and horror of those around to witness the entire squad of Star of The City level threats that are... shockingly weak. Seriously, how do a whole team of color fixers get their asses handed to them by a random Big Brother of the Middle?

We finally return to the Limbus Company Media Mirror World after a few months of inactivity. Hong Lu, after going through his mission like the multiple other Sinner Hong Lus on the same path as him, decides that he needs to do what must be done and cancel his very own bloodline (specifically Jia Mu and the revered Xianren). Never mind the fact that he is doing this through... a Wingtube video... It's his trauma. He gets to choose how he heals from it.

Summary
In truth, none of them were entirely sure how things ended up like this, a strange commoner waltzing ever-steadily into their house and hearts. They did not know this 'Euden' before, but he integrated like a crucial cog in their chaotic-and-yet-orderly machine.
Meanwhile, Euden had expected to die with the last remnants of the previous worlds, erased from existence so others could live on. But he found himself made anew, as a nobody in some nameless field. Nobody else seemed to have heard of him. His was a free existence. And yet, when Zethia, now living happily alongside his family and Nedrick rightfully restored as her twin, keeps dragging him into the castle of Sol Alberia, he struggles to pull away. To not try to be there with his family, happy and so much more harmonious in this new world.
Alas, fate has other plans for his attempts at anonymity, despite his best efforts. The Royal Family of Alberia would not rest until this latest enigma was solved, after all. With all of them being as stubborn as they are, though, it may take a while to get there.
