Taniks was only resurrected as a power play on Eramis's behalf. But with a failing body and many issues weighing on his mind after missing out on the last several years, he wants to brood and come to terms with life passing him by.
Unfortunately, Atraks is very, very determined to make a new friend. To the point that Taniks isn't certain of her intentions at all, and she ends up falling at almost every hurdle on the way to proving her innocence.

Tensions are rising in the Last City as Human and Eliksni alike huddle under the Traveler, awaiting dawn to break over the Endless Night. As some reach out, others pull back, until the entire city strains under its pressure.
As Scribe of House Light and the less-than-official second in command, Eido must navigate this choking atmosphere while her father is away. Unfortunately, she did not get his patience or serenity in regards to Humans. She fears he may have been wrong about them, and now their entire House has been hedged on a thin thread of optimism.
When the city breaks, it gives rise to an upheaval far beyond old bloodshed. In its wake, the people are left to pick up the pieces, and decide which ones they can keep.

When Sjur Eido invited Mithrax to stay with her while he got used to his newfound fatherhood, she expected interruptions and sleepless nights. Confusion, even, and tears, considering he was an alien teenager and she'd never actually seen his species' babies before. It was bound to be a learning process.

Hornet woke in the Black Egg Temple to the sight of her sibling's fractured mask. For the walk from the temple's central chamber to its exit, she thought herself truly alone in the world once more.
When Hollow followed her out, she realized that wasn't so. But now she has to try and take care of her older sibling as they recuperate and learn to live in a world where they do not have to be pure, figure out what to do about what Little Ghost left of a body, and try to piece together two kingdoms which fell long ago.
Life keeps throwing her surprises, too, which does not help.
(Post-Dream No More ending, though it's fudged and mixed with the Godseeker endings some. Characters and tags will be updated as more chapters are posted.)

Mag is the poor soul stuck with that job. She tells her tale in her journal, one of her few bastions of peace left in the Origin System. From kubrow puppies to roughhousing tanks to whatever secrets the Lotus has hidden from the Tenno, she's been there, done that, scolded Frost for it. She records events big and small. After all, even the Tenno need to have fun.
