Silently, Ilya stared at him. Nykandr stared back. Around them, people continued to hustle in and out of the airport, dragging their luggages, children and useless spouses behind them. The two brothers just stood there. Each sizing up the other. They hadn’t been left alone together since they were little kids and still liked each other. Before they grew up and started throwing stuff after each other. Probably had more screaming matches than actual conversations. Nykandr grew up hiding behind their father’s leg and Ilya grew up clinging to their mother’s hand. Didn’t exactly make for a good mix.
Ilya flicked his cigarette off to the ground. “You look like shit”, he pointed out and Nykandr rolled his eyes so hard at him he gave himself a headache. “And you still look like a dickhead”, he replied.
Ilya shrugged his shoulders and closed the distance between them, engulfing Nykandr in a hug with one arm. Nykandr dropped his head against his big brother’s shoulder and hugged him back. Fucking asshole.

“It feels different?” He asks, nosing along his throat. “For you?”
“I don’t know, but I don’t think so.” Psychologically, yes; physically, probably not. He hadn’t felt whatever Rozanov had clearly felt the moment the condom broke. “Though I think it’ll feel different for you. Maybe better.”
Rozanov pulls away until they can look each other in the eye.
“I always feel good with you.” It doesn’t feel like a compliment, but like he’s making a point. “You don’t need to do this for me.”
“I know. I want to do it.” Shane insists.
Shane and Ilya experiment. It's a success.
