Summary
Gotham was literally cursed but no one believed Bruce. He took it upon himself to fix it and after decades of searching, that solution came to him in the form of a little blue vial. Bruce was to take the curse within himself to temper it into something manageable.
He thinks the others would call him stupid and stop him if they knew about this, but (un)fortunately for Bruce, his family hasn't spoken to him for forever. There was no one here to stop him.
He downed the liquid and woke up as his nine-year-old self.

“Mother, do you remember those funny clouds above people’s heads I told you about? Well, I’m doing something about them but the process is very lonely. Or not. I think it’s just me. I’m the problem. I can’t seem to get people to like me enough to stay. As those delectable lips pulled back to reveal mini fangs, Kaiser smirked, zeroing in on the adorable sight. “I should teach you a lesson.”
“I know well who you are, human.” The shifter yanked his arms back, curling his lip in disgust. “The new noble Prince of the High Riders…” He trailed off as he purposefully raked his gaze up and down Kaiser’s form. Kaiser felt an excited thrill run through him at having those gorgeous eyes dissect him so openly. “You may serve a place in the court of humanity, but you are comparable to a bug beneath the claws of my kin. We are capable of burning your fragile body until nothing—not even the ashes of your burnt flesh and bones—remains to see hell.” A tingle of exhilaration rushed through his body. “Do not delude yourself into the notion that you are of any importance to the dragon hierarchy.”
Gods above, that might be the hottest thing he’s ever experienced in his life. Who knew getting threatened by a powerful dragon shifter would be hot?

He thinks of Vanessa and how Luffy must have been around that age… How he’s managed to maintain such a trustful nature, Sanji will never be able to understand.
He thinks it must be really confusing for Luffy to separate sex from romantic love. Sanji himself wasn’t good at that either, but he didn’t have the extra layers of fuckery either.
