Protocol Kronos (K-Proc, initiation code 7723) should be triggered when one (1) or more of the following conditions have been met:
1) In the case where either the Justice League or the Young Justice team agrees via majority vote that it is necessary in a scenario,
2) In the case where majority of the Young Justice team members are believed to be deceased, or have been at some point deceased,
3) In the case where either of the above scenarios has occurred but K-Proc has not been triggered, at which point it will trigger automatically.
