Fic inspired by Baeowulf. An AU where instead of getting raised as livestock and getting adopted/bought by Oguma, Louis is instead a born slave forced to work in the service of the masters of a Gladiator Colosseum. Unlucky slaves are chosen as sacrifices to be hunted, but when Louis' number finally comes up he doesnt plan to go out without a fight.

Summary
Twisted Horns and Pure Hearts will be following canon, but with a twist. The main difference is that the focus of the story is shifted from Legosi to an aged-down Melon, all while the rest of the cast at times. The main story follows events of what could have been if Melon was a little younger and met Legosi and Jack as kids. With these two great influences and some alterations to his mother, who I changed to be a more supportive figure in his life, we can set Melon up for a better life at Cherryton Academy and see how things unfold as he discovers more about how he feels and grows into something completely new. Summary
