The Animal Hospital has things to hide, from both its staff, as well as outsiders. The Animal Corporation is in much the same situation, but at least neither of these very important organizations are connected to the anomalies in some negative way, right? Well, that gets proved wrong when all of their horrendous acts are forced into light, or at least where certain NPC's and staff members are able to do something about it.

100 years ago, Hyrule was bracing for the oncoming Calamity. The Champions were appointed, the Knight bore the Sword That Seals The Darkness, the Guardians and Divine Beasts were under careful study... But the Princess, Zelda, had yet to come into her powers. Her cousin, Lady Elsa, had yet to learn complete control over her own powers, over ice. Lady Anna, determined to fight beside her cousin and sister, trained with the Champions and the Knight, in order to help.
But the Calamity came too soon. The Champions were presumed lost, inside the very Divine Beasts they were meant to pilot. The Guardians, meant to protect the people of Hyrule, lead the attack. And on Blatchery Plain, near Fort Hateno, Zelda and Elsa came fully into their powers when Link and Anna fell to protect them. Under the Princess' order, the two fallen were rushed to the Shrine of Resurrection on the Great Plateau, in hopes that the untested healing pools within might save them, while Zelda and Elsa returned to Hyrule Castle, trapping the Calamity inside with them.
Now, healed but without their memories, Link and Anna wake to a kingdom changed from the one they once knew, a pair of mysterious voices and a sketchy old man their only guides...Series

Summary
The Demon King is gone for good, and Zelda had given up on the hope that she would ever return to Link.
And yet, even after being Draconified, he managed to save her.
Zelda cannot allow life to go back to 'business as usual'. She never expected to have this chance, and will not waste it.
When Link lets slip that part of her original plan to help him from the distant past went awry, she latches onto it and pulls Link along for the ride. In the end, Zelda gets much more than what she bargained for and finds herself trapped with Link in an unknown land filled with strange people and no clear way to get home.
Well, maybe while searching for a way home, and dealing with the problems of this strange Kingdom of Hallownest, they'll finally manage to get that quality time she had been hoping for.

Summary
A cave-in cuts the Player from Poppy and Giblet during another scuffle with the Prototype. Thankfully, Poppy is out of Prototype's claws.
On the other hand, the Player is now faced with having to find their way back up to their friends with the help of a very unexpected enemy-turned-ally.
Because despite everything he's done, he is still a child after all, and as much of a victim of this cruel place as everyone else. He deserves to be saved, just like Poppy, Giblet and the others. Even if they won't be fans of this decision of Player's.
Aka; a self-indulgent fic, where the player saves and adopts Ollie/Prototype, because I am feeling massively maternal towards the poor baby and I have to project this out in case someone might be needing the same. Also, you ever get a plot point idea in the middle of the story and don't know how to get there? YUP. It took me 4 chapters to get to the original point SOBBING

Link and the champions of Hyrule discover a strange dark source coming from beneath Hyrule Castle, despite Rhoam's disagreement, they have to journey down into the deepest parts of the castle to find it. when Link and the champions find the source, they are attacked by a powerful mummy, Link loses his arm and the Master sword, and to make things worse, he falls into an abyss and wasn't able to be caught by the champions and disappears..
When Link awakens, he finds himself in an unknown time, and his body has completely changed.. he is no longer a hylian.. but instead.. a Zonai.. and now with him stuck in the past, he needs to find a way back to the present while the current Champions try to save Hyrule..
