Unfortunately, the Big Man decided that it wasn’t quite time for those plans and threw a kink in the works.” Sam looked at the monster questioningly. What the hell was he blabbering on about? The Big Man? Sam could hear the capital letters in the way the demon said that. God? Was he referring to God? “Don’t you worry about any of that. It’s not your destiny now.”
“Why not? What kind of kink did God throw into my destiny?”
“Your sister. See Samael, you and your brother were supposed to be inseparable. Soulmates. A perfect balance. The plan was set long, long ago. Then your brother had a twin. That in itself wasn’t the problem. No, the problem was that they are soulmates."

What if God had been a little more cryptic with his orders for Lucifer's fall? What if Michael hadn't been so hung up on following orders? What if Gabriel had a plan? What if Dean had been a more cautious asshole? What if Sam's self-hatred ran deeper?
"What do I do, Micah? I don't want to hurt anyone else. I don't want to be caged!" He cried helplessly, desperate for big brother to fix the problem.
"Do you trust me?" Michael asked quickly, glancing at Gabe behind Lucifer. The middle archangel looked back warily at his little brother.
"Micah…" Lucifer started to protest and back away from his brothers.
"Do you trust me, Samael?" Lucifer looked lost. Michael could tell that he was trying, but recent fighting among the brothers had peppered in distrust. Michael felt a shift in the atmosphere and knew that Raphael was gathering the other angels. No doubt he had told the other he was working under Michael's orders to help strike down Lucifer. The urgency was building and Michael knew he needed to hurry. "Trust me, Sami! Please." He begged, holding a hand out to his younger brother. Lucifer reached a hand out, almost like an impulse and grabbed Michael's hand.

However, when he arrives in the past, he realizes he has been sent back a full year earlier than Jessica’s supposed death and before Dean comes to Stanford to ask for his help in finding their father. Sam leaves before that moment arrives and instead embarks on a journey with Jack and his two biological children, Marilyn and Dean Jr.
These are the events that unfold leading up to the moment when Dean is destined to seek out Sam.

Bruce Wayne ends up on Paradise Island by Greek gods will to prevent the amazons progression towards hating mankind via isolation. Transported back in time years after Amazon's separation, Diana is young and bonds with Cassandra both are children, and Bruce being good with kids "adopts" Cassandra and helps out Diana. Nicely written with drama and a little bit of bittersweet heartbreak as 33 for the ending.

Batman is NOT anybody's father technically not even of Robin/Dick yes he may have taken the boy unders his wing but Dick is his ward not his son according to the judge.
Dick is his responsability and the boy wants to fight it's Batman's duty to make sure the kid those more than succeed he wants Dick to live.
And Batman also has a responsability with Robin's friends after all they are under his care even if the kids have technically mentors of their own.
So what if he has given them their telephone number to call to him in case of an emergency? what if he takes over their training when their mentors don't? what if he fills the gaps their mentors leave unatended? what if he makes sure they are well taken care of and feel safe?
That doesn't mean he is a father much less THEIR father
...Right?
