Summary
Layla and Steven decide to see an Egyptian mummy movie. However, when Marc becomes aware of a particular scene on the screen that involves a man drowning, he is transported back to his childhood. Steven desperately tries to calm Marc down from the inside, but when that doesn’t work, he takes control of the body and Layla does what she can to make sure that they are in a safe place. Panic attacks and flashbacks are difficult on the best of days even with a known trigger. All three have to learn a few hard truths about Marc’s trauma and how it still impacts him to a deep extent in present day.
