    Summary

"Honestly, the youth never cease to amaze me," Raina said to herself, "The both of you can calm yourselves down. This is perfectly normal."

"Normal!" Runaan shouted, moving form Ethari's side to stand in front of the healer "My husband is lying in bed gasping for breath, and writhing in pain! He is clearly unwell! This is not normal."

"Runaan calm yourself," Raina said, the old elf not putting up with Runaan's outburst, "The pain is expected for Ethari given his condition."

    "Condition?" Runaan said.

"You're husband is not ill, Runaan. Ethari is merely in labor."

    Summary

A broken spine and a missing leg. One was healed and one was replaced. However it didn't go in the way they expected. It hurt to move in a certain way. It was impossible to run. They were unable to do certain things and because of that, their father gave up on them. At least they were able to find a family that didn't mind, even if said family is considered to be the enemy.
