Regulus scowls. “Don’t interrupt me. Apart from that, you’re also healthy, athletic, and magically gifted. These are all the genetic qualities I’m looking for in the father of my child.”
“I also have all of my teeth and no cavities if you want to check,” James scoffs.
“What? Why would I want to check that?”
“Isn’t that what you do with a breeding stud?”***
To fuck over his parents, Regulus decides to get fucked by James Potter. It’s a brilliant plan that’s bound to succeed; surely, nothing can possibly go wrong there except for one thing. Regulus doesn’t count on gaining a co-parent with benefits. Or falling in love.

Summary
Regulus Black has managed to conceal his crush on the gorgeous, kind, and completely indifferent Alpha Remus Lupin for ages. But then all the powers in the universe conspire against him, blessing him with a series of unfortunate events worthy of a minor apocalypse. The final straw? Getting stuck in an elevator with said Alpha during his sudden heat.
He didn’t ask for much. To drink his coffee in peace and get home, where his trusty toys would help him ride out the worst. Now, trapped with Remus and drowning in his delicious scent, his secret crush might come out in a sudden, inconvenient, and mortifying way.***
“Remus,” he whimpers, a last warning meant to bring them to their senses. To his disappointment, it does the job. Remus winces and straightens, rubbing his forehead with the back of his palm.
“Sorry. You just—smell so good, and I got carried away. That’s no excuse, of course, but I promise I would never take advantage, Reggie. You’re safe with me.” He retreats to the opposite wall and demonstrates his point by raising his hands. “I’d rather die than hurt you. Please, you have to believe me.” -

“Alright, since you’re so determined. What have you got? Compliment me, love,” James laughs with more conviction this time and points to his face. “Perhaps there’s something in this area you’d like to heap praise on?”
“Hm,” Sirius rakes his gaze over James’ handsome features. His hazel eyes are half-crinkled with mirth, his hair resembles a rat’s nest, and his smile could illuminate the whole midnight sky. “There are certain aspects of your general visage I learned to appreciate.”
“Such poetry. I might actually swoon.”***
James Potter received his soulmark at the ripe age of eleven, on the same day he met the love of his life.
Sounds perfect. In theory. In reality, Sirius Black doesn’t have a soulmark, so he can’t be James’ soulmate. James is clearly destined for someone else, while Sirius is meant to wander through life alone.
But James never gave a fig about destiny and similar rubbish. He doesn’t care what the higher powers intend for him. There’s only one person who owns his heart, no matter what the universe says.
No matter the soulmark. Or the lack thereof.
Now, if only he could convince Sirius to believe him. -

Summary
They crash together, the wave and the shore finally meeting again. Eddie throws his arms around Buck, his fingers digging through his clothes and into his back muscles, and Buck squeezes Eddie’s waist so tight he worries he might snap him in two. For a long time, they cling to each other like a lifeline, forgetting about the people streaming around them.
“You’re here,” Buck sobs into Eddie’s shoulder. All the tears he struggled so hard to bottle up, to suppress, come rushing forward, wetting his cheeks, and, unfortunately, creating dark maps on Eddie’s clothes.
“Yeah. I’m here.”

"You know, everybody kept pestering me about you. Back home. Asking if I had feelings for you.”
The casual remark catches Eddie off guard. Did he really fail to see the writing on the wall? Writing so obvious to everyone, apparently?
“What do you mean, everyone? Who’s everyone?”
Buck gives an unconcerned shrug. “Tommy. Maddie. Hen and Chim. But I kept telling them I couldn’t have feelings because you were straight—”
“—pretty sure that’s not how that works,” Eddie interjects, but Buck ignores him.
“—but I suppose I didn’t want to admit I was a loser pathetically head over heels in love with my best friend, too afraid to risk our friendship by telling him.”***
Ever since Eddie's move to Texas, he's had a simple recipe to fix problems: call Buck. Parents driving him crazy? Buck. He needs to figure out a recipe? Facetime with Buck. His friend always has his back.
So when Eddie can’t fall asleep? He calls Buck. Only this time, there are complications. This time, Eddie realizes that maybe, he wants more than calls from his best friend. And maybe he doesn't want to stay just friends, either.

“Yeah,” Sirius replies firmly, like a decision’s been reached. Like it’s an inevitability. Like it’s a promise. “Maybe we will.”

With Teddy away at uni, Remus takes off on the holiday he’s always dreamed of—travelling across Europe in Shakespeare’s footsteps to experience for himself the places he’s spent the better part of twenty years lecturing on. It’s all incredible museums and good food and stunning scenery, precisely as he expected it to be. Until he drops a postcard in front of a dangerously beautiful younger man, until they find each other again in a random bar, until Remus finds himself agreeing to the impossible.
The rest, as they say, is history.

Summary

Summary
Regulus Black is young, ambitious, and absolutely on track to become Prime Minister – until his ex-boyfriend James Potter is unexpectedly handed the keys to Number 10. Suddenly, Regulus's smooth rise to power is sabotaged by chaotic press conferences, suspiciously photogenic opponents, and the world’s most annoying man grinning at him across the debate stage.
James, for his part, is doing his best to juggle a collapsing party, a scandal-hungry press, and the fact that he may or may not still be in love with the sharpest man in Parliament. Who also may or may not be actively trying to ruin his life. Again.
Cue slightly unhinged political tactics, emotional blackmail via War and Peace, and a secret affair so poorly timed it could potentially tank the British economy.
