Summary
Did Tim Drake-Wayne attempt to clone his best friend after he died? Yes.
Did he try to clone him 99 times? Yep.
Did he ever try for the big 100? No.
Then why...well to consequences of Tim's actions seem to be rapidly catching up with him in the worst way possible. With no way to get off this ride (i.e. his life) and no bandwith to tell his friends and family about the sticky situation he's gotten himself wrapped up in, he decides to say fuck it and plans to become a dad at age seventeen to a baby he hadn't planned on actually having.
Well, at least it gives him time to brood over telling his family about what happened on his Brucequest and hide away so he doesn't accidentally tell his best friend he's in love with him.
At least, that's the plan.

Summary

It's not like Kon 'my dad doesn't like to acknowledge me and therefore won't pay child support' Kent can pay for his stuff. Or Cassie 'my dad is Zues and my mom is struggling as is' Sandsmark can afford a new pair of shoes every few weeks. Or Bart 'I literally don't have a social security number let alone a bank account' Allen can.
It's the right thing to do. That's what he tells himself, at least. That's certainly what he's going to tell anyone who's brave enough to ask.

Furious, Bruce tracks the man to a Gotham diner, where the man brags about threatening two young children, violating Gotham's unspoken moral code—especially since Red Hood controls Crime Alley.
Unaware of the danger, the man brags about the easy score, not realizing he has messed with the Wayne family.
Bruce punishes him, sending a clear message: crossing the Wayne's is a fatal mistake. The older criminals know better, but the younger ones still haven't learned the lesson.
