This wasn't supposed to happen!!! Elias had planned everything, his ritual had been on the making since the moment Jonathan got the position, all that happened since he became the archivist was a series of events to create his archive of fear.
He made the ritual and it worked!! He saw it happen, Jon read the statement, he couldn't help himself, that had been a relief, that had been the last thing he needed for it. Jonah had to call in favors, had to play weak, had to be in jail for months on end…
Yet!
What he did not count on was that the eye wouldn't count his efforts, that it wouldn't choose the panopticon as the heart of its power. Oh no, no, no, no. What it did instead was create its own tower far away in the distance that was made by the eye to keep its archive safe. It was further than anyone should be able to see, a tower of babel made real.
A tower, specifically build in the fucking scottish highlands where Jonathan Simm’s now resides as the eye. The world changes that is true, but it doesn't do it in the way Jonah had wanted.Bookmarked by Theoneundertheeye

Summary
Peter rarely gets sick, his heart being weak and two seconds away from collapsing aside, he was never prone to being sick as a child and the few times he was…he sort of had to go through it. Medicine would be provided but he had to ride it out on his own.
So yes, maybe he is sick, for whatever reason he just…got a cold or something. He should go and try to take some medication for it. His brain is slow, but he is starting to catch onto the fact maybe, just maybe he has a fever.

“Then, here it is that you wanted, it picked him clean, all except…” Jonah opened the offered bag, gently picking up the skull of what used to be Barnabas Bennet. His hands still, Jonah was mesmerised by the sight in front of him, something he had in fact never seen before in his life.
In the skull itself there were markings carved into it. A crown of Spines and Forget me nots engraved into the bone. Feelings that ran deeper than the skin that had held them remained on the bone still. Yet there was one more surprise. Anemone flowers growing from his eye sockets. Indigo petals started to drip down to his lap like tears. Jonah gently placed the skull down next to him. The rib cage had vines and thorns growing on it, but it was also filled with black Roses and Gardenias.
Hatred and secret love. All nestled right over where his heart should have been. Jonah pauses. He knows which part belongs to each one of them. Jonah keeps all the bones except for the ribcage. That, he tells Mordechai, was not his to keep.

Peter stood at the top of the wall of the garden watching the two humans move away from Eden, when something came in, sliding through, the shape of the snake changed and that of a…man? Woman? – The body was androgynous enough to be hard to know how to refer to them – stood next to him. He tried his best to ignore them, focused on watching the couple make their way out of their safe haven.
“Bit of an overreaction don't you think?” Peter tries to ignore him, the creature doesn't seem to be deterred by his silence. “First offense and all that”
“What was that?”
“Hm? I said that its a bit too much for their first real offense” Peter rolls his eyes.
“Well considering the type of offense and how…close to it you were i am fairly sure they had it coming” The demon huffs and crosses his arms. “Sorry, what is your name?” Peter has to ask for the sake of not calling them…nothing.
“Its…Jonah” He seems a bit unsure, as if tasting the words in his mouth, which is funny, it is his name, but then again with all the matter of the fall many angels changed their names. “How about you? Who am I dealing with?”
