Summary
Lucifer comes to two, somewhat related, realizations regarding the most prickly resident of the Hotel after the Hotel itself keeps shoving them together.
1) Alastor is terrible at taking care of himself while being absurdly competent about taking care of literally everyone and everything else while he goes about like a rabid porcupine.
2) He might have come on a little strong during their initial meeting and he might need to soften his touch just a tad and maybe make up for the insults and the manhandling and the degrading commentary.
Lucifer decides that he's going to take care of Alastor whether he likes it or not and they are both taken off guard by how much Alastor desperately needed to be cared for and how starved for affection he is.

Summary
How many people can say they met the Devil and lived to tell about it? Well, he still died later on so did it really count?
I mean, who would have expected the Devil to be a smartly dressed man that was exceptionally short? Looking back at it, reminiscing simpler times. It had been fun. To put it mildly.
A shame it was ruined by a large man that had been dubbed affectionately by Charlie as ‘Uncle Ozzie’ saying it was time for them to come home. That **this** had only been temporary.
