Summary
Han Juwon aches for a plummeting swoop in his stomach. Juwon has half-dreamed of it all his life, but nothing ever lives up to the jolt of a plane shuddering into the air, the brief moment of weightlessness as he is thrust into the unknown atmosphere above. He has flown twice, and both times were dulled by their circumstances: dead mothers, dreary London skies, crimson rushing and flooding into bathwater, and the image of his father’s broad back, etched with disapproval. If something can mimic that halting, aching excitement, Juwon realizes, it is the idea that Dongsik is coming back. Juwon doesn’t quite know how he will handle this landing. He doesn’t think the touchdown of the wheels will stand the plummet. (He determines to hang on anyways, as they crash and burn to the ground, plumes of pulpy flames and smoke curling above.
Or: a walk through four seasons, following Han Juwon for a year after he moves to Manyang and deals with the return of Lee Dongsik after his year of rest and relaxation (read: incarceration) away. A story about families found, villagers lost, the changing spokes of time, the inevitability of Lee Dongsik, and Han Juwon’s desperate rush toward the only pull he cannot avoid.

If seducing Justice Kim will help tip the scales in Yo Han's favor, make the spy shed his loyalty to his mentor in the Supreme Court and stand by Yo Han's side, then of course he'll do it.

The story starts midway through episode 9, after the photo shoot and before they go after Do Young Choon and assumes there’s an additional court case that wasn’t in the show happening during this window. It’s only vaguely mentioned and serves as a frame for the interactions but isn't important on its own. There are some spoilers for things that are revealed later in the show

Summary
After the Jin save him following his massacre of the Chang clan, Xue Yang is upset that Chang Ping escaped his revenge and furious that Xiao Xingchen is still sticking his nose in, trying to get Chang Ping to denounce him. He speculates about how to punish them - but Jin Guangyao forbids him, as the Jin's budding demonic cultivator, to go on any more vengeful rampages.
Instead, Jin Guangyao promises to deal with Chang Ping and Xiao Xingchen on Xue Yang's behalf - and so, before long, Xiao Xingchen finds himself thrown into a Jinlintai prison, accused of Chang Ping's murder...

Call it serendipity or irony, but Song Lan eventually stumbles onto Yi City. It’s more decrepit than ever. Ivy creeps across many of the buildings and grass floods the streets. A golden larch grows through one of the buildings, the bright yellow tip visible over the city walls.
He considers leaving this cursed place behind, but he instead enters through the southern gate. Although there are no fierce corpses here, he cuts down a number of imps, monsters, and other beasts. There weren’t half as many creatures outside the city. Xue Yang must have put an overwhelming amount of resentment into this place.
Xue Yang. Song Lan often forgets his own name, and as much as he is ashamed to admit it, he sometimes forgets Xiao Xingchen’s name as well. But the name Xue Yang remains a constant, a brand in his memory.

At the expense of those he swore to protect, Song Lan vows to destroy Xue Yang's soul.

As a tall, graceful man with long, beautifully shaped limbs walked out from the crowd and towards the dean, Xue Yang could only see the back of his head and his long, black hair which fell in graceful slopes down his back. And then, after joining the dean, the man turned toward the crowd and Xue Yang felt as if all air had been sucked out of his lungs.
The man smiled, his black eyes warm as he took in the sight of the crowd, his full lips framing a beautiful set of pearly white teeth.

Xue Yang is reincarnated, without being aware of that, as it usually goes.
Despite tagging this as "Alternate Universe - Reincarnation", it will be slightly different than what you are used to. The characters will have the same appearance, but their life experiences and behaviors will be slightly different. Reincarnation part is mostly significant for Xue Yang and Xiao Xingchen :)Tags will be added as we go.

He sees a thin, tall man with dark hair, equally dark eyes hidden behind a pair of big glasses and a face that can only be described as pretty, or perhaps even beautiful.
A face he knows, but he doesn’t have an idea why.
And then, just as the man smiles, his brain finally catches up and he jerks away, gasping.
“Hey. Easy there,” the man says, his smile growing wider. “Don’t worry, I’m not gonna hurt you.”
It’s the face he always sees in his dreams. The only bright thing in his dreams filled with blood and gore and horror. A smiling man in white, who is wearing a blindfold for some reason. Except for those dreams where he’s not smiling, where he’s lying in a coffin with a terrible slash across his neck, dead, dead…
“Relax,” the man says now and his dark eyes are so soft, so kind… “I’m Xiao Xingchen, by the way.”
Fuck. I know. I call you that in my dreams.

With his dying breath, Xue Yang desperately wishes for a chance to relive, and perhaps change, his life. To see his Daozhang smile one last time.
In a way, his wish comes true. He is born again, without the memories of the Xue Yang from the past.
And then he meets Xiao Xingchen. And remembers.Series

Summary
When Song Lan confronts Xue Yang in Yi City, Xue Yang makes him an offer he can't refuse: Song Lan moves in. Xiao Xingchen stays ignorant (and happy). Nobody has to die.
Three in a coffin house becomes four. This is, it turns out, not an easy adjustment to make. Xue Yang discovers that Song Lan moving in means living with Song Lan. Xiao Xingchen's reunion with his dear friend isn't going as smoothly as he'd hoped. Song Lan realizes that Xiao Xingchen has built a life without him in it. A-Qing is pretty sure everyone here has lost their minds.
But they're going to make this work. Or die trying.
