This is a retelling of the story of The Avengers from Thor's POV, in iambic pentameter. I know.
It's Sam's fault.
Well. I meant to start at the battle, since that's all that Thor told at the dinner table in Copperbadge's Exclusive, but the two lines he gave there, the first two lines, implied Thor started from the beginning. So I started from those two lines (tweaked slightly to fall into pentameter scansion), and went to the end of The Avengers.

He recites in what seems to be flawless iambic pentameter, but for a man whose chosen weapon is a hammer, there is a certain subtlety to his language. Gard called it a mental defense inhibitor; said it opened passage into the Nevernever through dreams. It took the users to god knows where and god knows what, but they kept going back for more, never realizing that the holes in their mental walls that were letting them out to roam were letting plenty of nasties in. You’d think by now people would know what happens when you lower your firewall so you can access the free XXX HOT AZN GIRLZ downloads.
Hendricks gets to go undercover not only as gay, but also as a bear, thanks to Dresden's potion. Eyes are opened on all sides. Excellent casefic, hot first-time story, thorough healing. Very well done.

Summary
Prompt fills mostly for the LJ Avengers Kink Meme. They are all different, but can fit together into the same 'verse. The main pairing will be Clint/Bruce/Tony, which will be background in the prompts that don't call for it to be out front.
They do not have to be read in order. There is continuity throughout, but if you don't mind not knowing every detail of plot you can skip around (or skip a story). From Part 14 onwards the continuity is more tightly knit and slightly less stand alone. They'll still stand alone, but will have more references to earlier parts.
The ones with Skyfall are not involved in the overall series plot. You can skip either without harming anything.

Possibly the best animal transformation story I have read to date, and certainly the most delightful. Lieutenant Ford's reactions are hilarious, and exactly what one would expect of someone living in the Pegasus galaxy.

If the genre is Law Enforcement, then there will inevitably be a Conference. And if there is a Conference, then inevitably there will be Hotel Hijinks.
Of course, Murphy being their Lord and Master, the Seven find no room in any inn but one.
A small sample from the beginning:
"I don't think I can act gay," Nathan muttered worriedly.
"It's easy," JD shrugged. "Just act like Ezra."
Ezra's eyes narrowed and he bristled visibly. "I do not act gay."
"Yes you do," Buck, Vin and JD chorused together. JD, being the closest to Ezra, received the obligatory whap on the head.
Josiah clapped a hand on Nathan's shoulder. "Nathan, you of all people know that stereotypes are just that. Just be yourself."
"Besides, they can't really have a no straight people policy, can they? It's discrimination!" JD sounded indignant but like the rest of them seemed too tired to do much more than bitch.
"While that would give us grounds for a lovely little law suit, JD, it wouldn't keep us from having to sleep in the car if they kick us out," Ezra countered, obviously still miffed.
"Everyone just behave normally and deal," Chris growled. "It's four days."
"Don't ask, don't tell?" Vin asked, smiling innocently
Larabee tried to kill the sharpshooter with his eyeballs. And failed.
