Mori Ougai had worked hard to earn his position as head of the Port Mafia, and he ruled with absolute authority. And, like any other who wielded absolute power, he was not someone to take an affront lightly. He was even less inclined to forgive and forget when the affront was committed by a spandex-clad man who claimed to fight for peace above all else. So, when he found himself dangling by the collar at the hands of Japan’s Number One Idiot during what should have been a routine meeting, he couldn’t help but laugh.

New York City has a vast array of vigilantes and superheroes that call its streets home. Dazai Osamu, Port Mafia Executive and Mori Ougai’s right hand, is deployed to start building relationships in the area. Mori, ever the fan of tests, leaves Dazai to figure out how to best handle the local vigilantes on his own.
And Frank Castle? He’s just worried that keeping this kid who refuses to identify himself alive may be more difficult than he was hoping.
Or; a city-wide adventure, hotel hopping, forging friendships with local heroes and a long-winded game of cat and mouse, all featuring an embittered Veteran and a suicidal teenage boy.

Isagi Yoichi came to Blue Lock to find the passion he once had for football. He wanted to feel the way he had when he was younger—ecstatic hearing the sound of the ball whooshing into the back of the net. Everything about football was normal for him now, predictable, structured and organized into his daily routine, and entirely too dull in the suburbs of his hometown. He knew that he could never be the best in the world; it was impossible for someone like him, wasn’t it? Someone who lost their love for football.
To relearn the ability to arrogantly declare that he would be the best in the world—to feel his heart pound erratically as he watched the best of the best in front of him and strive to reach their level, he accepted Ego-san’s proposal. He wanted so badly to feel that way again, but his heart faltered in front of the goal, in front of his… teammates, who he regretfully wished he could confide in like a normal player. He felt like a fraud, taking this spot from someone with more passion than him.
Ego-san promised that this program would give him a reason to play, give him his passion back, and make him realize his own selfish ego, but… what if he’s wrong?

Summary
Isagi wakes up in an unfamiliar room, surrounded by total strangers all around except for his idol, who he has adored since childhood.
A woman tells him that he's apparently the protagonist of a football project that happens in the future, but Isagi is too sceptical to believe her after his own dream to go to the nationals has already been crushed courtesy of one Kira Ryousuke and his failure of a football team.
And now, for the sake of Japanese football, and their own futures, they all have to sit down and watch the future to see what the program entails. Along the way, Isagi and several others discover sides to themselves that they never knew they had, and maybe, just maybe, Isagi can make his dream come true.
(Now if only everyone stopped looking at him like he murdered their newborns. He gets it, a plain faced, average looking Japanese boy with a shy personality does not look suitable to be a protagonist of anything.)

Summary
Several months ago, a group of Heroes rescued a troubled boy from a Port Mafia compound. Of course, that boy is actually Dazai and – whether he's actually been caught, or this is one of those times where he gets purposefully captured for reasons he hasn’t bothered to explain – it's Chuuya's job to go and get him. Which would be easier if the Heroes hadn't decided the safest place for a Port Mafia rescuee is UA. Luckily, Chuuya's just made friends with a Europole agent who's willing to bend some rules to keep Chuuya safe from the assassin who considers him family.
Now, Chuuya just has to figure out which pieces Dazai wants on the board and where, while making sure no one realises they know each other, and making sure not to get attached. What could go wrong?
