Summary
It all began, as most things do, with a body-pillow.
Sam had tucked himself into bed after a long day’s work as the still new Captain America, his brain feeling fried from all the tedious paperwork those government old-asses have had him to this whole week. His back was to the door to the bedroom, but he heard Bucky walk in, almost soundlessly so. The weight of the mattress shifts about and after a few moments his boyfriend is under the blanket as well.
He rolls over to kiss Bucky goodnight, when he finally lays eyes on… himself?
Between Bucky’s metal and flesh arm, a body-pillow the size of the soldier himself is clutched. The fabric is all white, with an annoyingly well-made artistic rendition of Sam on it. Sam could already feel a temple-vein throb is annoyance and childish jealousy at the pillow in his boyfriend’s perfect arms.
OR; Bucky likes to commission artists for art of Sam, Sam figures it out and decides to challenge him.

Yelena hummed in confirmation, frustration clear in her voice. He was frustrated, too. But there was nothing he could do about it.
“You know,” said Walker. “None of this would have happened if you two would have just–” he made a gesture with his hands that went unseen by Bucky.
Yelena let out a soft gasp. He heard Ava giggle. Someone, probably Bob, had let out a whimper. He sighed and looked up at John.
“If we just what?” he snapped.
“You know,” said John, looking around, “Bone.”
