How’d you know?” He asked, sitting up on the floor as he looked at Kori with a contused expression. “It’s simple,” she started as she relaxed, looking at the gifts before looking back at Dick. “You know me so well, even more than Santa clearly… and he’s supposed to watch us when we are sleeping and when we are awake. That’s impressive… and it’s why I fell for you. Like the snow,” she looked outside the window, where the snow was still falling graciously.

Present time hit Wally. This was now. He wasn’t thinking about the past anymore. He was thinking about the now and the future, what they could be. He stifled a nervous breath, moving his hand from the other’s shoulder and instead taking his hand, roughened from the battle but he couldn’t care less. He intertwined them ever so gently, like they were earlier when they were just walking the streets as their civilian selves. Sitting at the rooftop was The Flash and Nightwing, but inside they were Wally and Dick just the same. He was fully aware of that. He had to do it, he had to confess.

Obsession and possession, so fucking lovely. Nam-gyu was going to be thinking about this moment for a very long time. Myung-gi’s brain was already circuiting, maybe it was because of how Nam-gyu spoke to her or because of how genuinely good the motions felt. But either way, she was going crazy.
“Your hair… long hair suits you. Please don’t cut it,” Nam-gyu suddenly moaned out with a huff, looking down at Myung-gi and just completely absorbing her lewd facial expressions like she was a sponge. “Please, beautiful,” she continued, pulling at Myung-gi’s hair again to pull out another whiny moan from her. “Yes, I’ll keep it long for you, anything for you,” Myung-gi finally replied between shaky moans, causing Nam-gyu to groan and increase her speed.
Nam-gyu felt so grateful. So fucking grateful.

There’s Nam-gyu everywhere he looks. There’s Nam-gyu in the crowd, screaming his lungs out to the rhythm of the song. He’s not really there in person, but that’s how they met, and the moment itself is carved into the back of Su-bong’s mind, and there’s no way he can stop thinking about it now. His boy’s gorgeous black eyes are definitely watching him, Su-bong knows. Maybe not from the audience – even if it feels that way – but probably from the couch, music playing throughout their otherwise quiet apartment. Maybe Nam-gyu misses him the same way. Maybe he’s even wearing Thanos’ shirt. Maybe he’s thinking about…

Nearly buried beneath the pungency of the cheap colognes mounted on a nearby display case is something totally incongruous: the sticky-sweet dough scent of the cinnamon pretzels sold down on the mall’s first level. He parts the suits with both hands, hangers squeaking on the bar, and looks down at the young girl squatting on the floor in the middle of the rack.

He knows he can’t afford to be picky—not in this kind of work, where jobs are hard enough to come by. And maybe if the boy’s just gonna keep ignoring him, they won’t have to cross paths all that much. He’s fine with that. Easier to keep his head down, get through the summer without any trouble. They won’t see each other.
