Summary
On a spring day at the market in Seoul, Hawkeye and Trapper stumble across a crate of eggs. In the hopes of a break from powdered eggs, the boys decide to hatch the chicks and start their own egg farm. However, their playful venture turns tragic in a twist that stays with Hawkeye for years later, only to resurface when he least expects it.
First two chapters are pure fluff, then - in true 'MASH' fashion - it turns darker.

Sam blinks, tries to focus on the screen, automatically dimmed right down to save the last few percent. 3.26AM. Which means it’s half past five in Wakanda. Somehow they’ve been talking for almost three hours. He puts the phone to his ear again just in time to hear Bucky sighing softly.
“Okay, well. Sleep well, Sam.”
Their goodbyes are always sudden like this, and Sam is never quite prepared; it’s like being given to the count of three and then the band-aid is ripped off at two. He worries at his lip with his teeth and wonders if he should say something – something other than what he usually does.
“You too,” he says. A second passes, and then two, and Bucky still hasn’t hung up. And just as Sam makes up his mind and draws a breath, the call ends with a soft click.
