    Midoriya Izuku attracted trouble. It was just a fact of life – the sky was blue, the grass was green, and Izuku constantly found himself in an absurd number of deadly situations.

    He was okay with that. Mortal peril was an average Tuesday afternoon for a Pro Hero like him. Being kidnapped was practically a holiday. Saving civilians as a building collapsed around him was easier than facing his worried mum later. He had dealt with All Might's disappointed dad stare and only cried for two hours afterwards.

    A serial killing villain with an unknown Quirk would be no problem!

    ...but even Izuku had to admit that being sent back in time to his first day at UA wasn't on the agenda. Still, there was no-one more spitefully determined than him – he was going to make the most of it.

    Yeah, good luck, heroes and villains alike! Deku was here to cause mischief and love his friends!

Watching the life drain out of him as he felt something welling up inside him. Whether it was glee or even more anger he didn't know, but once Shigaraki's eyes became lifeless it had all left him in an instant. He finally had nothing. Nothing to fight for, a reason to continue, or even a person to love.. for Izuku, he believed there was only one thing left for him to do.

    With his provisional hero license, he had just been out shopping when he caught a criminal who was trying to steal from a store.

    Though the villain's quirk alluded him at first, upon arriving back at the dorms, everything seemed 'fine'. He had planned to watch a movie in the common-room alongside his classmates and close friends, but it was just as he was setting up the screen and sound that his world suddenly went black, and when he next woke up, he was no longer at UA.

    Now, he finds himself stranded far in the past. Back, before the worldwide emergence of quirks. Back, when the world's peace lay balancing precariously in the hands of what at the time often seemed like far too few...

    He feels alone and terrified with such dizzying surroundings, but what he doesn't realise is that he isn't the only one experiencing these events, as far into the distant future back home, there are a lot of people watching and supporting him -and each trial that he comes to face; praying that somehow, he makes it home.

He’d lost so much since he was four years old, and now the norm is his former best friend chasing him down to kick the shit out him, and his highlights are getting to watch spandex wearing bozos kick the shit out of each other. So, at 16 years old, when he takes a turn down an alleyway and suddenly finds himself being turned into a pin cushion by a bunch of urban camo wearing zealots, Izuku knew his life had reached a brand new low.

    Or how Izuku gets pulled by the Zone into 2018, fights to survive against mutants, anomalies, bandits, religious zealots, slavers, some crazy hippie anarchists, joins a barely surviving group of soldiers and scientists, starts a faction war or two, introduces a bunch of bandits to the fear of God and sends a few to meet him, and somehow gets yeeted forward 150 years into Japan with most of his gear, PTSD, a healthy nicotine addiction and crippling alcoholism. Now he’s set to fight those spandex wearing bozos’ bosses and unveil just how rotten this Hero centric Society really is. He will show them all what a Hero truly is like.
