Summary
The one where Yu Ziyuan time traveled but she thought that it was her visions of her alternate life.
She learned that there is a brat named Wei Ying who brought destruction to her and her family's life.
And so in her present, she vowed that she will never allow that to happen.
In which Yu Ziyuan found the four-year-old Wei Ying, newly pushed out of the inn where his parents left him, and decided that no, this child must never be associated with her, her family, and their sect at all.
And so Yu Ziyuan thought that she could bring him somewhere where someone may or may not find him but definitely far from where her husband could find him. If he's lucky, he'll survive that winter, if he's not, then death awaits the fevered child.
This is the extent of mercy that Yu Ziyuan could give a child.
With this, she'll raise her children without having to deal with a brat that brings trouble where he goes according to her visions of her alternate life.
Like the tag stated, this is definitely not Yu Ziyuan centric.

This is an OFMD gothic horror AU based on the folktale of Bluebeard’s Bride and the ttrpg by Magpie Games of the same name. I’ve taken a ton of liberties with the original story (which has many versions anyway) and also genderfucked the ever living shit out of it. You will encounter ghosts, violence, and romance. Summary
Edward Teach is a pop star about to embark on his latest tour when he develops vocal nodes. Stede Bonnet is the voice specialist who treats him. Sparks fly.
“Right. And could you please describe your singing voice to me? Or sing something you feel showcases your voice, if you feel comfortable. For my usual clientele, I’d suggest their go-to audition song, but I don’t get the sense that you do much auditioning.”
There’s a long pause during which Stede takes note of the guy’s eyes. Not a literal case note, that would be inappropriate. His eyes are large and brown and expressive, quicksand eyes. Eyes a person could get lost in. Right now, they’re slightly narrowed at Stede. He seems to decide something.
“Listen,” the client says. “I appreciate you not wanting to make it weird, but I promise I’m used to it.”
“Used to it?” Stede asks, and there go the eyes again. Stede has the oddest sense of being taken apart, exposed, like the recurring dream he has of walking through the halls of his secondary school without a single stitch of clothing on, down to the same vague, unsettling sense that it should be more awkward than it is.

Until a body turns up - another, just like Will wrote about years ago.

“Good. Would have been a shit story otherwise."
Former local grunge legend Edward Teach, better known as Blackbeard of Blackbeard & the Krakens, has fallen on hard times. Following slanderous accusations from ex-bandmate (and ex-lover) Calico Jack, Ed is blacklisted from all his usual venues. His career is over, and, so far as he’s concerned, so is his life. He spends his days wallowing in a dingy Seattle apartment, fighting with his manager and bemoaning his loss of purpose.
Enter one Stede Bonnet, Ed’s obnoxiously loud next-door-neighbor. Stede Bonnet is an overly enthusiastic playwright who cares way too much about Shakespeare and writes like a dandy from the 18th century.
He’s the most interesting thing to happen to Ed in years.

Her dark hair is pulled up into a tiny pony at the crown, revealing an undercut underneath, and she's lean and muscular. She must notice Wei Ying's gaze on her because she shifts where she's looking and looks directly at Wei Ying. Wei Ying grins and waves, but the woman just skitters her gaze elsewhere, pursing her mouth. Hmph. Well. Rude.
